Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING:
All products are shipped in discrete cardboard boxes to the address you provide. Items normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment and are generally received within 7-10 days of placing your order. On some occasions, products can take a maximum of 3 weeks to ship, depending on your location and our inventory. The prices for our products DO NOT include delivery charges within or outside Singapore. If you are outside of this area, or located in another country, the "International" shipping option must be selected at checkout.

NON-SINGAPORE SHIPMENTS
Packages delivered outside Singapore may incur customs or import taxes.  We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country.  We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order.  The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.  We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you make an order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
We take every precaution to safely pack all boxes for shipment. Due to possible rough handling by carrier, all merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. If you believe the products inside are damaged, open the box while the delivery carrier is still there. If found damaged, reject the delivery. If you do not reject the box at delivery time you are responsible for filing a shipping claim with the carrier for credit. We will not reship replacement items for carrier damage unless you reject the package at the time of delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
DO NOT refuse shipments unless boxes show damage and you have verified the products inside are damaged. If you refuse shipment due to any reason other than box damage and the boxes are returned to us we will require repayment of the shipping from your order before we will reship.

 

RETURNS:
We do not allow returns. For shipping damage see above section “Damaged Shipments”. Information”.
